Green Bay Botanical Garden will participate in National Public Gardens Day by offering free admission for all guests to the Garden from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. this Friday, May 9.

The 2014 National Public Gardens Day will be celebrated by more than 500 North American botanic gardens, arboreta, museums, zoos and entertainment gardens will special events, tours and activities. National Public Gardens Day was created to drive local and national exposure to the importance of building sustainable environments through plant and water conservation, education and community engagement.

Flow through a series of poses at an energetic pace and hold poses longer for an athletic effect.

EAST SIDE YMCA
Hot Restorative Yoga
Poses are slow and flowing, adding extra stretching and that allow joints to open up.
Poses are held longer and deeper to stretch muscles slower and gentler.
2:00 - 3:15 pm
