Did you know that one of your favorite places to shop might also be a great place for you and your kids to get crafty this summer?

JoAnn's Crafts offers crafting classes for young and old alike. For instance, JoAnn's runs a Kids Camp. Kids can learn about sewing, paper crafting, painting, knitting, crochet, quilting and cake decorating for between $30- 45. Tomorrow, June 7 from 1-3 p.m., all JoAnn's Crafts locations are having their July/August class open house where you can meet the teachers and see new class projects.

Find fun with scissors, thread and paint at Michael's Crafts for FREE. Tomorrow, June 7 from noon- 3 p.m., kids can create a FREE Father's Day card.
Other events include:
June 14, 1- 4 p.m.- Design a FREE Father's Day t-shirt
June 22, 1- 4 p.m.- Make your own patriotic wreath
June 28, 12:30- 2:30 p.m.- Get a FREE Intro to paper crafting (supplies not included)

Not really into crafts but like to do things with your own hands?Try out one of Home DePot's FREE workshops for adults or kids.  My husband participated in one about tiling a few years back and got so inspired we put marble tile down in our kitchen ourselves.
