Breakfasts on the Farm

Did you know that June is Dairy Month? For many Wisconsinites that means a hearty breakfast at one of the many Breakfasts on the Farm held throughout the state to celebrate the dairy industry. Culinary offerings and family activities vary from farm to farm. So do the prices and times. Some farms feature tractor rides, face painting and even petting zoos. But one thing they all have in common is great local down-home food.

Manitowoc County June 9th, 8 a.m.- noon, Sunny Slope Dairy, 20507 Sunny Slope in Reedsville

Outagamie County June 9th, 8 a.m.- noon. Erickson Farm, N9602 County Rd. D in Bear Creek, Adults 11 & up $6, ages 5-10 $4 4 & under Free.

Marinette County June 30th, 7:30 a.m.- noon, Carviou Family Farm 3201 County Rd G in Marinette. Adults $6, kids 6-10 $4, 5 & under Free

Brown County June 23th, 8 am- noon, Wayside Farm 7937 Stone Rd. in Green Leaf. Adults $6, children 5-10 $4, 4 & under free.

Door County, July 7th, 6- 11 a.m. Staats Farm at 5418 Jarman Rd. in Sevastapol
